We would like to introduce our new chefs – Liam who is a multi award winning chef having worked in France for 5 years and has won Rosettes in Hertfordshire, Ireland and Leicester. Tom who has worked in London, and the July racecourse at Newmarket and other local restaurants and Nikki who is our new pastry chef from Saffron Walden.

We serve a great selection of all your favourite pub classic cooked with care by our talented kitchen team. Also Enjoy our tasty range of thin and crispy stone baked pizzas, prepared and baked fresh, in the traditional way using authentic high quality ingredients.

We also serve local, award winning dairy ice cream. Handmade by The Saffron Ice Cream Company on a family owned farm in historic Saffron Walden. The small company produce daily using local and seasonal ingredients. Flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry + specials  (please ask for todays flavours)
